The ticket(s) issued by Scottsdale Art Week, LLC. grants entry into the WestWorld of Scottsdale for the specified Scottsdale Art Week (“Show”) during posted hours of event schedule. This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused or Ticket Holder may be removed from premises at the sole discretion of Scottsdale Art Week, LLC staff or affiliates, security or Scottsdale Police. Scottsdale Art Week, LLC. may refuse admission to, or remove, any Ticket Holder who is deemed to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these terms or any and all security measures without reimbursement of any entrance or other fees paid by Ticket Holder. If Ticket Holder is removed from the premises, readmittance will not be permitted and Ticket Holder will forfeit ticket and will not receive a refund.

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. Unauthorized or unlawful resale, transfer or attempted resale of a Ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation of all admission privileges without compensation.

Ticket Holder and Ticket Holder’s belongings are subject to a thorough inspection before entering and while exiting the fair. Ticket Holder must comply with all requests and instructions from the onsite security staff. 

Ticket Holder assumes all risks incident to Scottsdale Art Week, LLC or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury or death,  foreseen or unforeseen, and hereby releases and forever discharges Scottsdale Art Week, LLC and all of its partners, contractors, sponsors, officers, agents, staff, employees, successors and assigns, affiliates and representatives (“Producers”) from and against any and all liability for any and all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses of any nature, including attorneys’ fees (“Claims”) that Ticket Holder and Producers may have or that may hereafter accrue to them, arising out of or related to any harm, loss, damage or injury, including but not limited to suffering, death, property loss or reputational harm that may be sustained by Ticket Holder, whether caused by Ticket Holder’s action or negligence or the action or negligence of Scottsdale Art Week, LLC and Producers or third parties in connection with the attendance at the Show. Ticket Holder also agrees not to sue Scottsdale Art Week, LLC and all affiliates in connection with any such harm, loss, damage or injury.

Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold Scottsdale Art Week, LLC and Producers harmless from and against all claims asserted by any person or entity based upon Ticket Holder’s attendance at the Show or related activities.

The Ticket Holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account, or description (whether text, data, or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of Show or related events, without the expressed approval of Scottsdale Art Week, LLC’s leadership. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder.

No Ticket Holder or media platform can benefit from a story or video of attendees at the event without the written approval of the attendee and the owners of the event. Furthermore, any derogatory, defaming, or disparaging comments or videos created by attendees or members of the media can be subject to legal action.

The Ticket Holder grants to Scottsdale Art Week, LLC, all Producers and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, likeness, name, and image in any media now or hereafter existing captured in connection with Scottsdale Art Week or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of Scottsdale Art Week, LLC., their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.
